The Exit Seven Players are holding their Annual Meeting on Sunday June 22 at 2pm at the Exit 7 Theater.  All Exit 7 Players members are welcome to attend.

What makes me a member ?
A member of Exit 7 Players is someone that has paid their $5/individual or $10/family membership dues and has been active within the last 12 months.  Traditionally we renew our membership at the beginning of the Annual Meeting by paying our dues for the next 12 months..... so if you'd like to become an official member.... it's as easy as that !

The Annual Meeting is when we elect our Board of Directors and Officers for our next fiscal year.... June 2008 - June 2009. The Officer positions include President, Vice President, Treasurer & Secretary.
The Board of Directors is the governing body of Exit 7 Players, members meet monthly at the theater. Each Member of the Board also takes on an "area of responsibility"..... area may include maintaining the prop room, costume area, backstage area, wood room, etc...

The areas we need the most help are skilled volunteers to assist in set building, artistic painting,  seamstresses to help with costumes if called upon, backstage crews, photographers for publicity,  lighting & sound techs...... all the unsung heroes that make the show picture perfect. You don't need to be on the Board of Directors to help in these areas... just come on down and let us know you'd like to be involved.....WE LOVE WELCOMING NEW MEMBERS TO OUR FAMILY !

Exit 7 Players recently awarded the Paul Browning and Jonathan Herrick Scholarships for 2007.  Congratulations to both Michelina Colson and Brianna Arnold both of Ludlow, MA.  Each of the recipients were awarded a $500 scholarship to help futher their educations.

Some of you (registered users) may have noticed a page that has been out there titled "Photo Gallery" under the "Shows" page for quite a while...  Well, I finally got it up and running.  There's already more than 150 pictures out there right now and I plan on adding more soon.  As a registered user, you can also upload pictures that you have!!!  Please, if you get a chance, scan and upload any that you may have!  You must be registered and logged in to be able to view this page and upload images.  You can visit it now by clicking here.  I know there are lots of people out there that have some great photos from past productions.  Please share them!
